Company Profile

Ticomix, Inc. is a provider of products and services for accounting, manufacturing, data collection (Unity), customer relationship management (CRM), sales force automation (SFA), IT service management (ITSM), information technology infrastructure library (ITIL) call centers, help desks, and computer networking.  Headquartered in Rockford, Illinois, Ticomix also has a regional presence in Chicago, Illinois; Des Moines, Iowa; Cleveland, Cincinnati, and Columbus, Ohio; Indianapolis, Indiana; Milwaukee and Madison, Wisconsin; San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas, Texas.

Through the acquisition of Unique Solutions Software, Inc., Ticomix has added the Unity product line to our offerings.  Now, Ticomix, Inc. distributes its software through a national channel of value added resellers.  The Unity Data Collection Suite and accompanying hardware provide a unique set of tools for the collection of shop floor and inventory data as well as time and attendance data.  Also, Ticomix offers a host of other services, including customization of the Unity products, customization of TIW Technology Products, custom software development and database design, software support, and hardware/network support.

The staff has years of manufacturing experience as well as programming experience.  Ticomix is certified in Visual FoxPro application development. 

Ticomix was founded in March of 2000 by Tim Ancona. Tim decided on the name Ticomix (pronounced Ty-com-ix) for a couple of reasons: 1) he wanted us to have a unique name so we could easily be found on the internet and 2) he used a combination of his first name and our industry to come up with the rest. If you were unsure how to pronounce our company name at first, you are not alone. Over the years, we have been called a variety of names but however you want to pronounce it, you can count us to be reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable.
