TimeDesk v2.2 Released
December 20, 2005 - The much awaited version 2.2 release of TimeDesk is now available. "Our Programming team has spent countless hours working through the open issues," said US Software President Donald Knoup. While primarily a maintenance release, v2.2 also packs in a few new features worthy of note. The goal of this version was to do as much as possible to make this the most stable release to date.
One of the more notable is the new copy customer feature. Many TimeDesk users have set up multiple company databases in their TimeDesk installation. A good use of the multi-company feature is to set up a second company for tracking prospects. The challenge, though has been moving that information from one database to the next. For example when a prospect becomes a customer. Now with the click of a button a customer's address information, notes, and more can be copied from one database to the next.
