Click Unity v7.3 Ships Today
January 9, 2009 -- While suffering from major development delays, the v7.3 release of Unity hits the shipping door today. Initially set to release in November, the new version is finally making it's way to Unity Users who have taken advantage of the Software Maintenance program. The SMA (Software Maintenance Agreement) is an annual program in which users automatically receive updated versions of Unity as they are released.
In version 7.3, the product has been further enhanced to better support the latest TIW ALERE Accounting and Manufacturing products. Full support of features such as lot based costing and FX transactions has been added. The new features aren't just associated with ALERE though. On the contrary, enhancements have bee made to performance in screens such as the Open Transactions and Inventory Preview.
