TimeDesk v2.1 Is Now Available
July 29, 2005 - TimeDesk v2.1 begins shipping today. Version 2.1 of TimeDesk offers users some great new features. Some of this expanded functionality includes better email features. In addition to being able to quickly send emails to your clients; users can include attachments, signatures, and now can build emails more quickly with the new email template feature. Users can write stock email messages and even include fields from the customer file like; contact name, phone number, address, etc. When using the template with a customer, the program automatically merges the information filling in the fields with the appropriate information.
Other enhancements to the product include a better calendar/scheduling feature and a user status feature. The improved calendar gives you the option of selecting one or many schedules and viewing them all on the same screen. Imagine being able to see the schedules of several employees all at the same time. And, appointments can now be copied. The new copy feature provides a way to quickly schedule the same appointment for multiple employees. With the new user status feature, you are given the ability to mark any user as inactive. With the user set as inactive they are denied login to the software and will no longer show up on employee look-ups and lists. To learn more about TimeDesk click here.
