Unity Version 7.5 Released

January 27, 2011 -- More than a year in the making, Ticomix releases the latest version of our popular Data Collection product, Unity.  Filled with new features this release which was much anticipated is now available to dealers and end-users alike.

One new feature that every user is sure to love, is the new report preferences.  Each report within Unity has the option to save it's preferences.  These preferences are saved per user so everyone has their very own preferences saved with each report.  Sort options and filter conditions can be filled in automatically without any user-intervention needed.

In the inventory module, users can enjoy the benefits of a tag inventory system by printing Inventory Tag Sheets.  The tag sheets produce a unique tag number for each item at a specified location making physical inventory counts easier and more accurate.  The Shop Floor module has many new enhancements including a new status field displayed on the external post maintenance.  Now you can see the disposition of the current transaction to know why it has not posted to the ALERE Manufacturing system.  Click here to learn more about the Unity Data Collection Suite.

US Software, Inc. is now Ticomix, Inc.

September 3, 2009 -- US Software is very pleased to announce that as of August 31, 2009, Unique Solutions Software, Inc. became part of Ticomix, Inc. through an asset purchase.  Like US Software, Ticomix is a business technology solution provider.  Ticomix holds the distinction of being the largest GoldMine Solutions Partner in North America.

All of the US Software employees are now Ticomix employees, and the US Software offices in Pecatonica have now been relocated to the Rockford Ticomix offices.  Ticomix will continue to provide the full range of products and services that US Software has offered clients in the past.  Ticomix clients can expect the high level of products and technical services they have come to expect from the team at US Software with the added benefit of a larger and even stronger company.

The Ticomix mission is to “Help our clients succeed through effective technology implementation and management”.  The combination of the two companies will translate into an even more responsive technical support department while continuing the first rate product development.  Tixomix is Microsoft Certified Gold Partner.  In addition to the Microsoft partnership, Ticomix is also partnered with Xerox, Dell, FrontRange Solutions, HP, Cisco, and SonicWall.  Ticomix will of course continue those strong partnerships with TIW Technology and Sage Software that were started by US Software.

Unity v7.3 Ships Today January 9, 2009 -- While suffering from major development delays, the v7.3 release of Unity hits the shipping door today.  Initially set to release in November, the new version is finally making it's way to Unity Users who have taken advantage of the Software Maintenance program.  The SMA (Software Maintenance Agreement) is an annual program in which users automatically receive updated versions of Unity as they are released....  More...
